1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Delpa Suite services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Service description
Delpa Suite provides a modular operations management platform made up of seven modules: Route, Commerce, Core, Hub, Fleet, Talk and Agents IA.
3. User responsibilities
The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password, and for restricting access to their computer.
4. Limitation of liability
Delpa Suite will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
5. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
